Describe the bug
Any input whilst the key with the command is held for example strafing reapplies the command despite cooldown being set to ~240. Cooldown doesnt work essentially

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. download 7.0.3
  2. make a command and keybind it. I have 3 on one key, maybe part of the issue?
  3. hold down the key
  4. any input whilst the key is held for example strafing reapplies the command despite cooldown being set to ~240

Versions (please complete the following information, do NOT say "latest"):

  • Minecraft: [e.g. 1.12.2]
