Instead of throwing an error message if /spawnfeature fails to place the feature, the command does nothing.

Perhaps an error message like 22w03a's would work? ("Failed to place feature")

Reproduction steps:

1. Go into an invalid area for a given feature (e.g. in the air for a geode)
2. Attempt to place the feature.
3. No error message is given.
