does "Indicates if a machine can work, and has work." "Vanilla Minecraft (1.7, 1.12, 1.16)" also mean that it works for 1.21.1 too?

Someone will answer your question soon. In the meantime, you might be able to get help more quickly on our Discord server.
That's a description of an aspect, which can be used to read the properties of a machine you're pointing the aspect holder to. Machines like the Mechanical Squeezer from Dynamics. All of this has nothing to do with the minecraft version, so I don't understand your question.
Where does that second quote in your question come from?
What second quote? Also,if i don't have any of the listed mods in the cf page, will it mean that the mod is useless?

The "Vanilla Minecraft (1.7, 1.12, 1.16)" part. You must have gotten it from the docs, as rubensworks mentions.
If a mod is listed on curseforge to have certain dependencies, like Cyclops Core, then yes those are required too. If you use a modded launcher like the Curseforge app, Prism or ATLauncher, those will manage required dependencies for you.
i know, but this mod helped EnderIO with infos, as said in the cf page, just wanted to say why i removed it, theres no issue right now, so i dont know why this issue has been re-opened
