Wind charge duplicates chest

Description
When a wind charge is thrown at a chest it spits out another chest, If the chest has a retaining upgrade on it it will dupe everything inside. Can be done with the wind charge potion wind burst enchantment and wind bursts.
How to reproduce
Simply place a chest and hit it with a wind burst explosion
Expected behavior
Shouldn't duplicate when hit by wind
Log files
logs don't show anything when it happens
