Issue description

When havin companion enabled on a minecraft instance using curseforge an error pops up causing the game not to launch at all

Message on startup is: "java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: net.fabricmc.api.ModInitializer"

I am using neoforge so the net.fabricmc.api seems wrong i have pasted the lastest.log

Well, i am dumb i didnt know you needed java 21 for mc 1.21, so after updating to java 21 it works. Sorry for the haste
