I have a problem is downloading addons i download the CompatSkills but the addons dont work how is that?

No idea as you gave us next to no information, about what doesn't work or things. If you want specific help on how to configure various parts you can join the discord, but the issue tracker is not the place for generic "I don't know how to install mods" type issues.
