Background texture path is required to be a number in skill creation

So i have this https://pastebin.com/CydLa9MB script that is supposed to add a tech skill but the path string for the background is claiming that the first letter is an invalid character. Numbers seem to work but that wont make for a working path.

Ok sorry, i was using \ instead of / in the paths and that for some reason made it consider the first character of the path invalid.
Closing as this is my incompetence.
