I tried the following going from the Craft Tweaker wiki and I wasn't able to get it work.

mods.compatskills.IEMultiBlockGate.addGate("IE:CokeOven","Nope!","reskillable:mining|16");

Is it possible that this feature is broken currently?

In this case a full 3x3x3 with coke bricks

Oh right. I think I may have mistaken the function it does.

I thought by adding that, I could stop players trying to open an already built coke oven.

It does nothing with GUI's

I don't think there are many/any mods that allow you to block GUI's unfortunatly.
