I had the same issue as this user and noticed in his screenshot it said diagonal windows so i disabled mine, and while the panes did disapear, placing them again removed the seam. Its a problem caused between this mod and diagonal windows, even when the panes are not placed at a diagonal.

This might be fixed by the switch to Fusion for culling the top and bottom quads of panes in version 1.1.13.
If it is still not culling the top and bottom quads properly with Diagonal Windows installed, please report the issue to them.
