As the title says, with Connectedness installed, the transparent textures on modded blocks don't actually show as transparent


Here are a couple of examples of it, with the mod and resource pack in question being conquest reforged.
The connected textures of those modded blocks do actually work, it's just the transparency showing as a solid color.
The block on the left of the first image is a vanilla glass block, which does properly have transparent textures.

Adding onto this further, if oculus is installed, some modded block textures will properly show transparency, while others continue not to, but do have a different color where the transparency is meant to be then before
