connection between chains is gone after coming back from the nether forge 1.16.5 v1.2.

for me its always happens when the world loads for some reason single player and server. sadly very consistant. I would have to take it down and place it every time again. the player is also shaking around when touching them. it also happens with this mod and forge(36.2.39) alone as well. saving and loading the world is enough to cause it. but its true, only in the spawn chunks. it is a brilliant mod idea, I would like to use it again on forge the original fabric version is very smooth by now. please can you fix it? thanks for your time.

I also have this problem every time I die and reloading visuals doesn't work. The only way to fix it is to leave and enter again.
