is it possible to make the chains connecteble to iron bars?

I have implemented it, modpack and compatability can be done with c:bars tags.
I think that is a fitting common tag.

I will be testing if connecting to a iron bar looks good or not.
If it does, I will add it in the future.
I will check if there is a tag for iron bars, to allow other bars from other mods to also work.
Think about create, chipped, etc.
