In BASE, I know there have multiples pre-registered parts availiable, but have not been added yet on the wiki. I think about the "ore_sample", the "cluster", the "metal log" and "metal leave"... I think all that parts can be usefull for somebody, but the list doesn't tell the existence of this parts.

Metal Log and Leaf don't exist other than textures. and there is always "/ct parts" which lists all current parts.
