but I really need help and I only know it here,

I'm putting together a modpack and I wanted to use content twerks for some items,

I tried it in different ways and it didn't work,

I'm using the version of 1.15.2,
could someone help me by telling me what commands and explaining how to add an item?

There is a walkthrough in the docs which contains examples, do you need more information on that?
If so, what parts of the walkthrough are hard to understand so that we can change it?
