[1.12.2] Items, when in inventory, either cause damage or certain status effects to players

Use Cases
- An ingot created by the Materials system, if in inventory, will damage the player holding it by X damage every Y ticks. Same applies with the Vanilla Factory items
- an ingot created by the Materials system, if in inventory, will damage the player holding it by X damage every Y ticks unless they are holding another item in that inventory.
- A ring made by Vanilla Factory, when in the hotbar or held by the player, will add a certain status effect to the player for X ticks. When it leaves the players hand or hotbar, the effect stops.
