I will not be adding support for 0.4-experiments, but it doesn't seem like you are using it anyway. With the mod list in the log, you should be able to get connected textures if you enable the default resource pack.

Right, but the log says sodium 0.3.3+build.767, which is not 0.4-experiments.

Alright. Either way, 0.4-experiments has never been supported and never will be supported. Please use Sodium 0.3.3 and Indium. Don't forget to apply the default connected textures resource pack included with the mod.
