Could you please add an note letting us know how to setup continuity correctly? I'm trying to use the mod on 1.21 but it doesn't work at all.

• Mods i have enabled:
  • Sodium
  • Indium
  • Continuity
  • Fabric API

And yes, i enabled the resourcepacks generated by Continuity, it still doesn't connect the textures like sand and grass.
