Block breaking particles always use standard texture

It's pretty much in the title. Breaking a block produces particles. If the block is CTM-retextured the particles still use the main texture loaded from the highest resourcepack with that texture or the standard texture.
I do not know if that's the same for OptiFines CTM, but I think, because changing this would be non breaking, it would be a good enhancement.
