Fails to run on server as it states fabric_api is missing

It runs perfectly fine on the client using PrismLauncher 9.2, but the server refuses to start with everything being the same. The error says it is missing fabric_api, but the forgified fabric_api is in the mods folder:
I don't know what the issue is. Maybe it's a bug in Connector. However, Continuity is a client-side mod and should not be installed on the server. Even if it doesn't crash the server, it will do absolutely nothing. If you want to keep Continuity on the server for whatever reason, report this to Connector instead.
