how to get continuity to work on 1.21.4?

ive installed continuity and its dependencies but it isnt connecting any textures at all. how do i fix this?
Continuity just adds the functionality for connected textures. You need to install and enable a resource pack containing connected textures. You can search for connected textures resource pack or ctm resource pack.
I suggest trying this texture packs, a realistic one, which uses a common large-scale texture tiling and randomization tiling.
