Personal issue with Continuity

Hi Pepper,
I hope you don't mind this more personal issue. I really tried anything, from watching tutorials to scouring reddit but couldn't find anything on the issue that I have. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Please let me know if you need more information.
Also, it is worth noting that I am not sure how to get in contact with you directly, but please let me know if there is a way and/or if you would prefer to.
I am using Fabric for 1.21.4.

Resource packs: 
I have already checked compatibility with all resource packs, and I do not believe there is an issue there.
All of the connected textures settings are toggled "on". However, none of the textures connect.
I recall that the mod worked before, but sometime between now and then something changed (I suspect with one of the mods, but to my knowledge none of them modify any textures. If there is some incompatibility I am missing, it would be appreciated if you helped me resolve it. I welcome any clarifying questions that will better help me help you. Thank you for your time :)

I don't know what mod it would be, but it's not something that Continuity controls.
None of the resource packs in that screenshot use Continuity features. Make sure you have the "Default Connected Textures" pack included with Continuity enabled, and it will connect glass, bookshelves, and sandstone. You must use another pack to connect more textures.

I don't see a pack by that name. Now that you bring it up, I do remember there being a texture pack for that. Did I delete it by accident? I have already redownloaded the mod but it does not reappear.
It is not possible to delete the pack. If it is not showing, one of your other mods may be responsible; it is supposed to always be visible.
