[BUG] Non-connected textures always prioritized over default connected textures

If you have a texture pack that modifies a texture that is included in the default connected textures pack included with continuity (e.g. glass), and you put continuity's default connected texture's resource pack over it (higher priority), it will still not connect the glass and will use the glass from the texture pack that modifies it.
