Glass Texture Issue in 1.21.1

Hello! I've just encountered an issue with glass textures in the 3.0.0 version of Continuity for 1.21.1. Textures from the other glass panes are showing up when I place regular glass panes (shown below):
When I place the stained-glass pane variants, they have proper connected textures (shown below):
This also occurs with the regular glass block (and the stained-glass versions are properly connected). This occurs with and without shaders and fixes itself if I uninstall Continuity and install Fusion (which is another connected texture mod my texture pack allows, but Continuity works far better). It also persists regardless of the built-in Continuity texture packs used (this is how I have them currently layered, though):
I'm starting to think that perhaps it's the texture pack (Yuushya) itself as opposed to anything Continuity is doing, given that everything else works perfectly with Continuity, but I wanted to ask here first. I also have the log: https://mclo.gs/q43tM0z.
