problem when disconnecting / reconnecting

Hello,
I spent the day on a problem that I can not solve. (I made a video if you want to show you the problem)
Basically, I have a panel that is finished and functional, the problem is that when I disconnect and reconnect the panel absolutely does not work anymore, none of the components work again, I have to destroy the connector and the put back each time.
