I do not think this is currently possible with the mod (obviously why I am suggesting it). There should be a block similar to the Perforator in that it can transmit tape information across bus lines, but instead of having it based on manual input it takes a punched tape input and transmits its contents from end to end. This way players can send CNC designs without having to run them through the CNC machine, or send pre-written messages.

My minecraft had bugged and I didn't see that the sequencer existed, closing.
