Currently, the on screen ui displays some keys when the certain action is possible, such as 'pick block'. however the way it adds it to the list causes some of the displayed keys to shift position which can make it confusing what actions can be performed.

It would be nice if the order the keys are displayed was changed so that context sensitive keys are displayed after keys that are more likely to be there, so keys like "use" will always display at the top of the list rather than constantly being shifted around by "destroy block".

Also, when you switch the lists to display at the bottom, the order is not reversed so it causes even more pointless shifting of the displayed keys. It would be helpful if the order the keys are displayed when at the bottom was reversed too.
