Lowered aiming sensitivity does not work with crossbow

Current Behaviour

When you charge the crossbow it has the reduced sensitivity, but once it is charged the sensitivity goes back to normal, so it's not very convenient to aim the crossbow.

Expected Behaviour

When you aim the charged crossbow it should have the reduced aiming sensitivity as does the bow.

Hmm this is a tricky one, since you won't know when you're just aiming vs running around with a crossbow.
