[Bug] Drop item button doesn't work but instead gives an animation

Current Behaviour

When I go to drop an item in game I press down on the d-pad but instead I get a swinging animation thats for mining or attacking. I tried unbinding and rebinding with no luck, and when unbinding the down button on the d-pad, it doesn't do anything so I know it isn't bound to something else.

Expected Behaviour

  1. Press down on d-pad
  2. item in inventory drops to the ground

Reproduction Steps

  1. Have an item in hand
  2. press down on the d-pad to drop the item
  3. Instead of the item dropping, it should swing in place like your mining or attacking
