Out of Focus Input setting doesn't work with look inputs

With "Out of Focus Input" setting enabled, Minecraft still needs to be focused for look inputs (Right Stick) to be recieved.

I've recorded a small clip to demonstrate the issue, with a controller overlay. As you can see, the right stick be waggling, but my eyes do not be moving.
