Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
If the user installs the mod manually, they know what to expect and are okay with full-screen prompts for enabling and calibrating controllers. But on modpacks where controller is not a primary feature, a less intrusive start experience would be preferred.

Describe the solution you'd like
A hidden config-only option which will switch the first-run experience (when a controller is connected) to show a toast before any full-screen prompts. The user can either do what the toast says and get to setup wizard or ignore it, and set the controller up later from the mod's config screen.
