Hotkey/inventory bar moved off screen?

Got this issue when enable the controller mod my inventory bar moves down so i cannot see it

my mod list attached

When i just disable controllable beta then the inventory hotbar returns back as usual

Already tried window mode or different resolutions.. all looks same

Even with minimal mod list on a fresh instance 1.21.1 i got the same issue

Got a workaround with addon "raised"
/raised layer hotbar y 25
