I don't really know if its a bug or not, but i usually play 100 rotation speed and the rotation speed doesn't feel as if it saves. Went back to the 1.20 version and 100 felt super fast, again i don't know if its a bug or not, or if the turning speeds have just been lowered perchance.

Yes, there were some changes in 1.21.1+ versions that affected the rotation speed. I will go ahead and increase the max rotation speed to compensate for your issue.
