crash on initial load -1, unsure of version discrepancies

running forge (1.19-forge-41.0.45) with latest (afaik) controllable version.

tried manual install, doesnt show up on mods list in main menu

tried forge installer, crashes on startup. attaching log file

all drivers are up to date

solved, incorrect Controllable version, was sleep and coffee deprived when originally attempting install. closing by self
