Downloaded Controllable and Forge so I can use my series x controller on windows Minecraft java bedrock edition. Really used to enjoy playing the Xbox One Minecraft version. Completed all the steps and started to play. All functions work except invert look. Clicked "on" in options menu. Restarted game. Nothing. What's weird is if you move right stick very slowly it works, but at a certain point or speed it will move in opposite direction. I've tried this method, and the steam method, and I can't get anything to work. New to PC gaming so been having to follow along on YouTube videos.

Which version of the mod are you using? I remember the bug of the camera moving in the opposite direction but I believe I fixed this issue in modern versions of Controllable.

Hey @MrCrayfish I'm having an issue with this as well. I have installed the latest version of 1.19.4. When I invert it works for a split second and very randomly will work but then go back to non-inverted on the Y axis. It switches back and forth randomly but 90% of the time remains non-inverted.
