I've tried 3 controllers on Sonoma 14.6.1 and the controllers are not detected but they do work on other games, I tried all suggested troubleshooting fixes. I installed version of fabric with midnight controls and after adding the mapping string on their options (from gamepad tool) the controller works great but I need the controller to work in Forge instead as we are running a Better MC server on Forge.

You mentioned in another thread about patching the txt file with the the working mapping string but if the controllers are not even detected how that would work, and also I do not see instructions on patching the file so I'm a little lost.

Any help would be much appreciated!

I would like to report success, I used Better Zip app that edits the txt files without opening the Jar, I added the latest txt content from DB and also added my own mapping and it works perfectly fine now.
