Cannot see keybind title categories

For each category in the keybind page, there is usually a title on top saying "Inventory", "Movement" or a name of a mod , but when I installed controlling all of the titles disappear.

Here is a image of what it normally looks like:

Can you send a screenshot of the full screen with it broken, not just a crop of the screen
