As the title suggests, creepers can destroy item frames while mobGriefing is disabled and lenientGriefing is enabled. This led to a situation where a friend of mine was confused as to why some of his item frames kept disappearing without reason, and we eventually figured out that it was this.

Not a huge deal, but I figured it was worth reporting. Thanks for your work on this mod!

I like that idea, I'll probably look into it at some point :)
