NotEnoughWands compatability issue?

if you put a wand from not enough wands mod into the tool rack it will put it on the rack and keep it in your hand.

example , having a moving wand with a spawner , placing the wand with the spawner into the tool rack will place the spawner and give you another wand on your hotbar with a spawner

This is an issue on NotEnoughWands' side and only seems to actually result in duplicates when in Creative Mode. In Survival, it only causes a desync - the Tool Rack thinks it got an item because the wands return PASS on clients, instead of SUCCESS.
