Right now bone meal just reverts them back to default terracotta. Will also have to think of a way to get them back to default terracotta if this is changed.

I like this idea. Could right-clicking them with a brick/block of terracotta work? If I'm at the point where I want to redye my kitchen stuff back to terracotta, I figure I can probably afford it.
