Changing the name of the Fruit Basket item works at first, but upon placing it down, the name of the inventory is still Fruit Basket. When you break the basket, the name of the item is also reverted.

Just tested with the latest version as of writing, naming does not appear to be fixed (at least for spice racks). The name is still reverted once placed in the world.
