Describe the bug
CookingForBlockheads Generates errors when trying to start server together with Dynamic Trees.
Neither mod describes incompatability with each other.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Start server with Dynamic Trees.

Expected behavior
Server do not start
