Currently tools can only be repaired with copper nuggets which is silly for 2 reasons:

• Firstly, it makes it harder to unify with other materials and is inconsistent with vanilla repairing - vanilla uses tags so you can repair equipment with different items/make it easier to change
• Secondly, tools should generally be repaired with their ingot not their nugget, so please fix this too

It'd be nice if this could be fixed
