[Bug] When using Placement assist on some copycat blocks, block placed does not initially render

Describe the bug
Using placement assist on some copycat blocks (Beam, Flat Plane etc) does not initially render when placed

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Place a copycat block with placement assist abilities
  2. Place a copycat block using placement assist
  3. See that its placed, but not visually rendered (outline shown)
  4. Place any block anywhere, the copycat block will then render

Expected behavior
Placing a block down with placement assist to visually render straight away
