When using a block that's transparent like stained glass when using any shader, the block is no longer transparent and now a solid colour unlike the rest of the copycat blocks. Blocks with cutouts like regular glass work fine.

to reproduce place a copy cat sliding or folding door and equip with a block like stained glass, example red stained glass and enable shaders, the copy cat door loses all transparency .

This has been fixed in Copycats+ 3.0.0+. Pre-Create 6 versions of Copycats+ are out of support so we won't be backporting the fix.
