Describe the bug
Crashes a server on startup when both Create: Steam 'n' Rails and Copycats+ are installed

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Install Create, Steam 'n' Rails, and Copycats+ on a server.
  2. Attempt to start the server up.

Expected behavior
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

  • Minecraft Version: 1.20.1
  • Mod Loader: Forge
  • Mod Version copycats 3.0.2, steam_rails 1.6.11

Additional context
Copycats+ may not be the root of the issue, as it's not very clear what's causing the crash. An issue relating to this problem is open on Steam 'n' Rails' repository as well (Layers-of-Railways/Railway#611).
