[Bug] Missing items from EMI on subsequent world loads

Describe the bug
On subsequent world loads from the very first, copycats+ items are missing from EMI
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Have Create, Copycats+, and EMI installed
Launch game and join any world (singleplayer or multiplayer) (if you search for copycats items, they DO show up)
Leave world and join any world (can be same world, can switch between singleplayer and multiplayer)
Search for copycats items, and see nothing shows up
Expected behavior
Items and recipes to show consistently upon search
Desktop (please complete the following information):
- Minecraft Version: 1.21.1
- Mod Loader: NeoForge 21.1.197
- Mod Version 3.0.2
