[Suggestion] Presence Footsteps Compatibility

I would like to suggest that the copycats be made to inherit the block step/whatever sounds of the block used in the copycat. Right now it can be a little weird to use things like dirt or wood in the copycats as they sound like metal when walking across them. I will say I'm not sure if this is something you can change on your end, or if this is a built in create thing and needs to be changed on the main mods end. I will likely also leave a suggestion there as well.
Friends with my modpack have also reported the same issue. It's not even close to be an urgent fix, but it would be nice to understand why.
One thing that may be doable (on Presence Footsteps' side) is disabling the sound override on all Copycat blocks with a resource pack.
Can I also make the suggestion that you add the continued directional placement the base copycats have? I would make using things like the catwalk a whole lot easier.

Copycats already do that. They use the block place/break and footstep sounds of their material.

Unfortunately, that conflicts with the ability to place more than one copycat in the same block. They both take a right click, but one places the block in the same block space and the other places the block in the adjacent space.

I will say that the place/break sounds work just fine. It is just the step sounds that seem to be bugged. Also the particles when running on them seem to be kinda bugged for certain blocks(haven't tested them all). The grass block should produce dirt particles, but for some reason produces a dark green top texture particle.
Maybe it could have to do with presence footsteps?
EDIT: Yup, that was the problem. The weird thing is that framed blocks mod doesn't have this problem with presence footsteps installed. Maybe it is the way that the copycats are trying to override their base sound that is causing the issue?
