Observed Behavior:

the enchant "soulbind" is present twice on an armor piece

Expected Behavior:

I gess the enchant is rolled multiple times on a same equipment piece

Steps to Reproduce:

1. set the world fifficulty to hard (to make mobs spawn with armor and weapons)
2. spawn a lot of mobs
3. kill them all and check if one bugged armor piece dropped
