Bug description
Sometimes when I die, a player entity is created standing in me as I respawn. I am then unable to move, and get disconnected for attempting to attack unknown entity if I punch it. I also cannot teleport away either, and blocks do not seem to render properly

Steps to reproduce the issue
die
the body is created standing on you
you cant move
punch it
get "disconnected" and moved to multiplayer server list

Expected behavior
It should not disconnect me in singleplayer

Other mods
I have a lot, and this does not seem to happen with only your mod. Therefore, it much be an incompatibility and will require further testing to narrow it down, but wanted to let you know anyways
