Discord username lore tags all have #0 at the end now

Describe the bug
Discord "new" username system doesn't display right, despite being rolled out to all users now. Should probably remove the "#0"
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Go to https://cosmetica.cc/lore
- Click on 'Discord Tag'
- Link your account with the bot
- See #0 at end of username in game
Expected behavior
The username should show as Discord handles them now
Setup (please complete the following information):
- OS: Arch Linux
- Minecraft Version: Java Edition, Firefox
- Version 1.20.1
Additional context
I know this isn't a new issue, but I think that since Discord has rolled out the new usernames to everyone, it would only make sense to switch.
